Requirements
- Age maximum 30 years Old
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
- A minimum of 1 years in marketing and cosumer goods company
- Fresh gradute are also welcome to apply
- Experience in managing all aspects of marketing development and management
- Solid Interpersonal and communication skills and have ability to work on cross - functional teams in both leadership and member roles a relationship builder
- Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement
- Prossess the ability to define problem, collect data, establish fact and draw valid conclusion

Job Description
- Developing marketing strategy and objectives
- Develop and launch new product and brand line extension
- create brand competitiveness and growth
- Ensure continuous efforts on searching for ways to build volume
- Develop accurate action plan and budget. Carefully control, evaluate and assess potential brand volumes in different parts of the territory
- Liaise closely with sales team to ensure best in market execution
ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER
Job Description
- Providing and interpreting financial information
- Monitoring and interpriting cash flows and predicting future trends
- Analysing change and advising accordingly
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- Reseaching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- Analysing competitors and market trends
- Developing financial management mecanisms that minimise financial risk
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring is carried out
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the inland revenue
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Managing budgets
- Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilites
- Supervising staf
- Kepping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
Requirements
- Age 40 years old
- Minimum education S1 Finance/Accounting
- Min. 3 years experience as accounting & finance Manager
- Fluent in English
- Experience in audit
- Good knowledge of the full set of accounts, budgeting, company acts and regulation.
