Job Description

Xtremax Pte. Ltd. believe that employee to be our most valuable asset. Therefore, the HR role in the organisation holds one of the most essential function. The position would advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation.

The HR department's aim is to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer's business aims.

Responsibility

• Perform recruitment Activity
• Design a training plan for employees
• Design and execute employee retainment strategy
• Manage employee benefits and inquiry regarding their employment
• Create a joyful working environment for everyone in the office

Requirement

• Possess the venture spirit (high agility, willing to learn, independent, and proactive)
• have high interest in people
• excellent communication skills
• Able to speak and write English proficiently
• Able to organise and handle issues
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience will be a plus point
