PURCHASING STAFF

The competency and requirements are:

1. Diploma/University or fresh graduated with any majoring are welcome;
2. Good analysis, calculation and negotiation skill;
3. Able to communicate in English both spoken and written;
4. Able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage;
5. Can operate computer minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Power Point;
6. Able to work under pressure and deadlines;
7. Have a strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill and hard working;
8. Willingness to follow recruitment selection and working based selection in Batam Island.

CORPORATE PLANNING

The competency and requirements are:

1. University/Diploma degree, majoring in Accounting;
2. Minimum 1 year experience in related field and fresh graduated will be considered;
3. Have a strong interpersonal skill, resilience with under pressure and good communication skill;
4. Hard working and able to work independently as well as in a team;
5. Able to communicate in English both spoken and written;

4. Knowledge in Pneumatic, Electrical and Servo Motor;
5. Detail, accurate and well organized;

8. Must be fluent in English both spoken & written;

10. Proficient in MS Power Point & Excel.

FABRICATION ENGINEER ASST.

The competency and requirements are:

1. Diploma/University majoring in Mechanical Engineering;
2. Experience in using 2D and 3D CAD;
3. Understanding Mechanical drawing, CAM programming and CNC machine;
4. Detail, accurate and well organized;
5. Strong leadership and communicative is a Must;
6. Able to work under pressure;
7. Must be fluent in English both spoken & written;
8. Excellent communication skill (English & Indonesia);
9. Proficient in MS Power Point & Excel.

ENGINEER

The competency and requirements are:

1. University/Diploma degree, majoring in Electrical or Mechanical;
2. Experience 3 years above in PE, Product Engineer, Phone/Pad/NB Assembly Factory;
3. Have a strong interpersonal skill, resilience with under pressure and good communication skill;
4. Hard working and able to work independently as well as in a team;
5. Must be fluent and excellent communication skill in English both spoken & written;
6. Able to speak English or Mandarin is an advantage;

SENIOR TECHNICIAN

The competency and requirements are:

1. Min. SMK with majoring in Automation Industry;
2. Able to operate PLC (Omron / Keyence / Others), Robot Yamaha, Robot IAI & Inverter ( Mitsubishi / Fuji / Omron / Yasukawa );
3. Have a strong interpersonal skill, resilience with under pressure and good communication skill;
4. Hard working and able to work independently as well as in a team;
5. Able to communicate in English both spoken and written;
