Responsibilities :

To supervise and control and set up Coiled Tubing, Wireline, and Well Integrity operations activities, in order to minimize downtime, divert production, loss of production opportunities as well as ensure implementation Drilling and Completion Operation Policy and HSSE’s standard;
To coordinate utilization and optimization of SEAPUB/Coil Tubing equipments in well intervention activities, in order to ensure proper and effective well intervention operations;
To obtain platform IM clearance, process of sea bad side scan prior to barge move in/out, in order to ensure safe, effective and proper well intervention operations as well as achievement of production targets;
To monitor and review implementation of HSSE standards and procedures in well intervention operations, including review of contractors’ performance, in order to ensure good and proper performance of contractors in line with HSSE standards and procedures;
To supervise and monitor material movement from shore base to locations and vice versa for well intervention operations, in order to ensure readiness and availability of materials and equipments for well intervention operations;
To provide technical solutions for trouble shooting of operational problems independently or with other relevant parties (Contractors, Well Intervention Engineer, Petroleum Engineer), in order to ensure smooth and proper well intervention operations

Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
Have 7-10 years of working experience in Oil & Gas operations with specifically have 3-5 years of Well Intervention experiences; especially in Coiled Tubing operations
Must possess an advanced level of experience, judgment, leadership and practical knowledge of Coiled Tubing, Wireline and Electric Line operations
Familiar with common computer software, Technical Standards and Codes, and related Government Regulations
Possess Well Control for Well Intervention Certification
